 A former refugee from Kosovo, Heset was excited to get this new flag flying over his home. |
 Safety Harbor Mayor Andy Steingold welcomes Heset Xhokli to the new home. The city donated the land for the home, making it possible for the family to stay in an area they have found to be their "safe harbor." |
